Ruben ging aus zur Zeit der Weizenernte und fand Liebesäpfel auf dem Felde und brachte sie heim seiner Mutter Lea. Da sprach Rahel zu Lea: Gib mir von den Liebesäpfeln deines Sohnes einen Teil.

Zur Zeit der Weizenernte fand Ruben auf einem Feld Alraunfrüchte, auch Liebesäpfel genannt; er nahm sie mit nach Hause und gab sie seiner Mutter Lea. Rahel sah das und bat Lea: »Gib mir doch bitte ein paar davon ab!«

Zur Zeit der Weizenernte ging Ruben aus und fand auf dem Feld Alraunen. Er brachte sie seiner Mutter Lea mit. Da sagte Rahel zu Lea: Gib mir doch ein paar von den Alraunen deines Sohnes!
