Da nun das ganze Ägyptenland auch Hunger litt, schrie das Volk zu Pharao um Brot. Aber Pharao sprach zu allen Ägyptern: Gehet hin zu Joseph; was euch der sagt, das tut.

Doch auch hier hungerten die Menschen und flehten den Pharao um Brot an. »Wendet euch an Josef«, antwortete er ihnen, »und tut, was er euch sagt!«

Als das ganze Land Ägypten Hunger hatte, schrie das Volk zum Pharao nach Brot. Der Pharao aber sagte zu allen Ägyptern: Geht zu Josef! Tut, was er euch sagt!
