kamen sie zu Serubabel und zu den Obersten der Vaterhäuser und sprachen zu ihnen: Wir wollen mit euch bauen; denn wir suchen euren Gott gleichwie ihr, und wir haben ihm geopfert, seit der Zeit da Asar–Haddon, der König von Assyrien, uns hat heraufgebracht.

kamen sie zu Serubbabel und den Sippenoberhäuptern und baten: »Lasst uns den Tempel zusammen bauen! Wir dienen doch demselben Gott wie ihr. Seit der Zeit von Asarhaddon, dem König von Assyrien, der uns hier angesiedelt hat, bringen wir diesem Gott unsere Opfer dar.«

Da kamen sie zu Serubbabel und den Familienoberhäuptern und sagten: Wir wollen zusammen mit euch bauen. Denn wie ihr suchen auch wir euren Gott auf und opfern ihm seit der Zeit des Königs Asarhaddon von Assur, der uns hierher gebracht hat.
