Mose streckte seinen Stab aus, und der HERR ließ einen Ostwind aufkommen, der den ganzen Tag und die folgende Nacht wehte. Am nächsten Morgen hatte der Wind riesige Schwärme von Heuschrecken herangetrieben.

Da streckte Mose seinen Stab über das Land Ägypten aus und der HERR schickte den Ostwind in das Land, einen ganzen Tag und eine ganze Nacht lang. Als es Morgen wurde, hatte der Ostwind die Heuschrecken ins Land gebracht.
