So spricht dein Herrscher, der HERR, und dein Gott, der sein Volk rächt: Siehe, ich nehme den Taumelkelch von deiner Hand samt den Hefen des Kelchs meines Grimmes; du sollst ihn nicht mehr trinken,

was der HERR dir sagt; er ist dein Herr und dein Gott, dein Anwalt, der für dich eintritt: »Ich nehme euch den Becher mit dem starken Trank meines Zornes wieder aus der Hand. Ihr braucht nicht länger daraus zu trinken.

So spricht dein Herr, der HERR, dein Gott, der für sein Volk streitet. Siehe, ich nehme dir den betäubenden Becher aus der Hand, den Kelch meines Zorns; du wirst daraus nicht weiter trinken.
