Und soll geschehen, wo sie von meinem Volk lernen werden, daß sie schwören bei meinem Namen: »So wahr der HERR lebt!,« wie sie zuvor mein Volk gelehrt haben schwören bei Baal, so sollen sie unter meinem Volk erbaut werden.

Und wenn diese Völker den Glauben der Israeliten von ganzem Herzen annehmen, wenn sie in meinem Namen schwören: ›So wahr der HERR lebt!‹, wie sie früher Israel gelehrt haben, im Namen Baals zu schwören, dann werden sie mitten unter meinem Volk wohnen und gedeihen.

Und es wird sein: Wenn sie wirklich die Wege meines Volkes lernen, sodass sie bei meinem Namen schwören: So wahr der HERR lebt!, wie sie vorher mein Volk gelehrt hatten, beim Baal zu schwören, dann sollen sie inmitten meines Volkes wieder aufgebaut werden.
