Ein Gebet von David. HERR, höre meine Bitte, verhilf mir zu meinem Recht! Achte auf mein Schreien und nimm mein Gebet an, das ich ohne Falschheit und Lüge an dich richte.
Let my vindication come from you;

Dein Wort war mein einziger Maßstab — auch dann, wenn andere nicht danach lebten. Von gewalttätigen Menschen hielt ich mich fern.
