Und der Mond wird sich schämen, und die Sonne mit Schanden bestehen, wenn der HERR Zebaoth König sein wird auf dem Berge Zion und zu Jerusalem und vor seinen Ältesten in der Herrlichkeit.

Der blasse Mond wird schamrot, und die glühende Sonne erbleicht, denn nun regiert der HERR, der allmächtige Gott, auf dem Berg Zion in Jerusalem. Die Führer des Volkes, die ihn umgeben, werden von seinem herrlichen Glanz überstrahlt.

Dann wird der weiße Mond sich schämen und die heiße Sonne zuschanden werden, denn der HERR der Heerscharen ist König auf dem Berg Zion und in Jerusalem und seinen Ältesten gegenüber ist Herrlichkeit.
