Am Eingang zum Nordtor war eine Kammer angebaut. Hier wurden die Eingeweide und Schenkel der Tiere gereinigt, die für das Brandopfer bestimmt waren. Durch die Tür dieses Raumes kam man in die Vorhalle des Tores.
