Ich freue mich im HERRN, und meine Seele ist fröhlich in meinem Gott; denn er hat mich angezogen mit Kleidern des Heils und mit dem Rock der Gerechtigkeit gekleidet, wie einen Bräutigam, mit priesterlichem Schmuck geziert, und wie eine Braut, die in ihrem Geschmeide prangt.

Ich freue mich über den HERRN und juble laut über meinen Gott! Denn er hat mir seine Rettung und Hilfe geschenkt. Er hat mich mit Gerechtigkeit bekleidet wie mit einem schützenden Mantel. Nun stehe ich da wie ein Bräutigam mit festlichem Turban, wie eine Braut im Hochzeitsschmuck.

Von Herzen freue ich mich am HERRN. Meine Seele jubelt über meinen Gott. Denn er kleidet mich in Gewänder des Heils, er hüllt mich in den Mantel der Gerechtigkeit, wie ein Bräutigam sich festlich schmückt und wie eine Braut ihr Geschmeide anlegt.
