Eure Mutter besteht mit großer Schande, und die euch geboren hat, ist zum Spott geworden; siehe, unter den Heiden ist sie die geringste, wüst, dürr und öde.

Doch euer Heimatland, in dem ihr geboren seid, wird nun selbst unterworfen und von allen verachtet. Es soll ein unbedeutender Fleck Erde sein, eine dürre und trostlose Wüste.

Große Schmach trifft eure Mutter; sie, die euch geboren hat, muss sich schämen. Siehe, sie ist die letzte unter den Völkern: Wüste, Dürre und Steppe.
