Da der HERR anfing zu reden durch Hosea, sprach er zu ihm: Gehe hin und nimm ein Hurenweib und Hurenkinder; denn das Land läuft vom HERRN der Hurerei nach.

Als der HERR zum ersten Mal zu Hosea sprach, befahl er ihm: »Such dir eine Hure und nimm sie zur Frau! Du sollst Kinder haben, die von einer Hure geboren wurden. Denn auch mein Volk ist wie eine Hure: Es ist mir untreu und läuft fremden Göttern nach.«

So begann der HERR durch Hosea zu reden: Der HERR sagte zu Hosea: Geh, nimm dir eine unzüchtige Frau und Kinder der Unzucht! Denn das Land treibt Unzucht und hat den HERRN verlassen.
