Ich bringe über Elam vier Winde von den vier Enden des Himmels. In alle diese Winde zerstreue ich sie, sodass es kein Volk gibt, zu dem nicht Versprengte aus Elam kommen.

und will die vier Winde aus den vier Enden des Himmels über sie kommen lassen und will sie in alle diese Winde zerstreuen, daß kein Volk sein soll, dahin nicht Vertriebene aus Elam kommen werden.

Aus allen vier Himmelsrichtungen lasse ich Stürme über sie hereinbrechen. Ich vertreibe sie aus ihrem Land, ja, in alle Winde werden sie zerstreut. Es wird kein Volk mehr geben, zu dem sich nicht vertriebene Elamiter flüchten.
