Und ihr sollt’s gleich austeilen, einem wie dem andern; denn ich habe meine Hand aufgehoben, das Land euren Vätern und euch zum Erbteil zu geben.

Euren Vorfahren habe ich geschworen, ihnen dieses Land zu schenken. Darum sollt ihr es für immer behalten und an eure Nachkommen weitervererben. Teilt es so unter euch auf, dass jeder Stamm sein eigenes Gebiet erhält!

Ihr sollt es als Erbbesitz erhalten, ein jeder wie sein Bruder; denn ich habe meine Hand erhoben, es euren Vätern zu geben. Darum soll euch dieses Land als Erbbesitz zufallen.
