Du, ja du, hast Mühsal und Kummer gesehen! Schau hin und nimm es in deine Hand! Dir überlässt es der Schwache, der Waise bist du ein Helfer geworden.

Du siehest ja, denn du schauest das Elend und den Jammer; es steht in deinen Händen. Die Armen befehlens’s dir; du bist der Waisen Helfer.

Nein, du verschließt deine Augen nicht vor der Not und siehst dem Unrecht nicht tatenlos zu. Die Wehrlosen können sich dir anvertrauen, den Waisen kommst du zu Hilfe.
