Rede zu den Israeliten und sag zu ihnen: Will jemand ein Gelübde für den HERRN einlösen, das er nach dem Richtwert für Personen abgelegt hat,
“Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, ‘When a man makes a difficult vow, he shall be valued according to your valuation of persons belonging to the LORD.
so gilt für einen Mann zwischen zwanzig und sechzig Jahren ein Richtwert von fünfzig Silberschekel, nach dem Schekelgewicht des Heiligtums,
‘If your valuation is of the male from twenty years even to sixty years old, then your valuation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.
für eine Frau ein Richtwert von dreißig Schekel,
‘Or if it is a female, then your valuation shall be thirty shekels.
für einen Jugendlichen zwischen fünf und zwanzig Jahren, wenn es ein Junge ist, ein Richtwert von zwanzig Schekel, wenn es ein Mädchen ist, ein Richtwert von zehn Schekel,
‘If it be from five years even to twenty years old then your valuation for the male shall be twenty shekels and for the female ten shekels.
für einen Knaben zwischen einem Monat und fünf Jahren ein Richtwert von fünf und für ein Mädchen ein Richtwert von drei Silberschekel,
‘But if they are from a month even up to five years old, then your valuation shall be five shekels of silver for the male, and for the female your valuation shall be three shekels of silver.
für einen Mann von sechzig und mehr Jahren ein Richtwert von fünfzehn und für eine Frau ein Richtwert von zehn Schekel.
‘If they are from sixty years old and upward, if it is a male, then your valuation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
Ist derjenige, der das Gelübde gemacht hat, nicht in der Lage, den Richtwert zu bezahlen, dann soll er die Person dem Priester vorstellen. Dieser soll den Richtwert nach Maßgabe dessen, was der Gelobende aufbringen kann, feststellen.
‘But if he is poorer than your valuation, then he shall be placed before the priest and the priest shall value him; according to the means of the one who vowed, the priest shall value him.
Handelt es sich um Tiere, die man für den HERRN als Opfergabe darbringen kann, so wird jedes Tier, das man dem HERRN gibt, etwas Heiliges.
‘Now if it is an animal of the kind which men can present as an offering to the LORD, any such that one gives to the LORD shall be holy.
Man darf es weder auswechseln noch vertauschen, nicht ein gutes gegen ein schlechtes oder ein schlechtes gegen ein gutes geben. Wenn man aber doch ein Tier gegen ein anderes vertauscht, so wird sowohl das eine als auch das andere etwas Heiliges.
‘He shall not replace it or exchange it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good; or if he does exchange animal for animal, then both it and its substitute shall become holy.
Handelt es sich um ein unreines Tier, von dem man keine Opfergabe für den HERRN darbringen darf, soll man das Tier dem Priester vorführen
‘If, however, it is any unclean animal of the kind which men do not present as an offering to the LORD, then he shall place the animal before the priest.
und dieser soll es schätzen, wie gut oder schlecht es ist. An die Schätzung des Priesters soll man sich halten.
‘The priest shall value it as either good or bad; as you, the priest, value it, so it shall be.
Will man es auslösen, so soll man den Richtwert um ein Fünftel erhöhen.
‘But if he should ever wish to redeem it, then he shall add one-fifth of it to your valuation.
Will man sein Haus dem HERRN weihen, so soll es der Priester schätzen, wie gut oder schlecht es ist. Man halte sich an die Schätzung des Priesters.
‘Now if a man consecrates his house as holy to the LORD, then the priest shall value it as either good or bad; as the priest values it, so it shall stand.
Will der Mann, der das Haus gelobt hat, es auslösen, so soll er ein Fünftel des Geldes zu dessen Richtwert hinzufügen und es soll wieder ihm gehören.
‘Yet if the one who consecrates it should wish to redeem his house, then he shall add one-fifth of your valuation price to it, so that it may be his.
Weiht ein Mann etwas vom Feld seines Besitzes dem HERRN, so soll der Richtwert seiner Aussaat entsprechen. Ein Hómer Saatgerste entspricht fünfzig Silberschekeln.
‘Again, if a man consecrates to the LORD part of the fields of his own property, then your valuation shall be proportionate to the seed needed for it: a homer of barley seed at fifty shekels of silver.
Weiht jemand das Feld vom Jubeljahr an, so halte man sich an diesen Richtwert;
‘If he consecrates his field as of the year of jubilee, according to your valuation it shall stand.
weiht er es aber nach dem Jubeljahr, soll ihm der Priester den Preis entsprechend der bis zum nächsten Jubeljahr ausstehenden Jahre berechnen und den Richtwert entsprechend verringern.
‘If he consecrates his field after the jubilee, however, then the priest shall calculate the price for him proportionate to the years that are left until the year of jubilee; and it shall be deducted from your valuation.
Will derjenige, der das Feld geweiht hat, es wieder auslösen, soll er ein Fünftel des Geldes zum Richtwert hinzufügen und es soll wieder ihm gehören.
‘If the one who consecrates it should ever wish to redeem the field, then he shall add one-fifth of your valuation price to it, so that it may pass to him.
Löst er es nicht aus, verkauft es aber einem anderen, so kann es nicht mehr ausgelöst werden
‘Yet if he will not redeem the field, but has sold the field to another man, it may no longer be redeemed;
und das Feld wird, wenn es im Jubeljahr frei wird, etwas Heiliges für den HERRN, wie ein Feld, das geweihtes Gut ist. Es wird Besitz des Priesters.
and when it reverts in the jubilee, the field shall be holy to the LORD, like a field set apart; it shall be for the priest as his property.
Wenn jemand dem HERRN ein Feld weiht, das er erworben hat und das nicht zu seinem Erbbesitz gehört,
‘Or if he consecrates to the LORD a field which he has bought, which is not a part of the field of his own property,
berechne der Priester den Richtwert mit Rücksicht auf die Zeit bis zum Jubeljahr und der Mann bezahle die Summe am selben Tag als etwas Heiliges für den HERRN.
then the priest shall calculate for him the amount of your valuation up to the year of jubilee; and he shall on that day give your valuation as holy to the LORD.
Im Jubeljahr soll das Feld an den Verkäufer zurückfallen, dem es als ererbter Landbesitz gehört.
‘In the year of jubilee the field shall return to the one from whom he bought it, to whom the possession of the land belongs.
Jeder Richtwert soll nach dem Schekelgewicht des Heiligtums erfolgen: Zwanzig Gera entsprechen einem Schekel.
‘Every valuation of yours, moreover, shall be after the shekel of the sanctuary. The shekel shall be twenty gerahs.
Eine Erstgeburt beim Vieh, die als Erstlingsgabe dem HERRN gehört, kann man nicht weihen, weder ein Rind noch ein Schaf oder eine Ziege; denn es gehört schon dem HERRN.
‘However, a firstborn among animals, which as a firstborn belongs to the LORD, no man may consecrate it; whether ox or sheep, it is the LORD’S.
Aber wenn es die Erstgeburt eines unreinen Tiers ist, kann man es um den um ein Fünftel erhöhten Richtwert auslösen. Wird das Tier nicht ausgelöst, soll es nach dem Richtwert verkauft werden.
‘But if it is among the unclean animals, then he shall redeem it according to your valuation and add to it one-fifth of it; and if it is not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to your valuation.
Aber nichts von dem, was ein Mann von seinem Besitz an Menschen, Vieh und Feldbesitz als Banngut dem HERRN geweiht hat, darf verkauft oder ausgelöst werden. Alles Banngut ist etwas Hochheiliges; es gehört dem HERRN.
‘Nevertheless, anything which a man sets apart to the LORD out of all that he has, of man or animal or of the fields of his own property, shall not be sold or redeemed. Anything devoted to destruction is most holy to the LORD.
Kein menschliches Wesen, das als Banngut geweiht wird, kann zurückgekauft werden; es muss getötet werden.
‘No one who may have been set apart among men shall be ransomed; he shall surely be put to death.
Jeder Zehnt des Landes, der vom Ertrag des Landes oder von den Baumfrüchten abzuziehen ist, gehört dem HERRN; er ist etwas Heiliges für den HERRN.
‘Thus all the tithe of the land, of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD’S; it is holy to the LORD.
Will ein Mann einen Teil seines Zehnten auslösen, muss er ein Fünftel dazuzahlen.
‘If, therefore, a man wishes to redeem part of his tithe, he shall add to it one-fifth of it.
Jeder Zehnt an Rind, Schaf und Ziege ist dem HERRN geweiht, jedes zehnte Stück von allem, was unter dem Hirtenstab hindurchgeht.
‘For every tenth part of herd or flock, whatever passes under the rod, the tenth one shall be holy to the LORD.
Man soll nicht zwischen dem Guten und dem Schlechten unterscheiden und keinen Tausch vornehmen. Wenn man es dennoch tut, werden das Tier und das mit ihm vertauschte Tier etwas Heiliges; es darf nicht ausgelöst werden.
‘He is not to be concerned whether it is good or bad, nor shall he exchange it; or if he does exchange it, then both it and its substitute shall become holy. It shall not be redeemed.’”
