Siehe, in jener Zeit schreite ich ein gegen alle, die dich unterdrücken. Ich helfe den Hinkenden und sammle die Verstreuten. Ich mache ihnen ihre Schmach zu Ruhm und Ansehen auf der ganzen Erde.

Siehe, ich will’s mit allen denen aus machen zur selben Zeit, die dich bedrängen, und will den Hinkenden helfen und die Verstoßenen sammeln und will sie zu Lob und Ehren machen in allen Landen, darin man sie verachtet.

Doch wenn die Zeit reif ist, werde ich mit euren Unterdrückern abrechnen! Ich rette dich, mein vertriebenes Volk, und bringe selbst die Schwächsten noch heim. In den Ländern, in denen ihr jetzt noch gedemütigt werdet, wird man euch dann achten und ehren.
