Sie nahmen die Stadt in Besitz und blieben dort. Sie nannten Leschem von nun an Dan, nach dem Namen ihres Stammvaters Dan.

So vollendeten die Israeliten die Verteilung der Gebiete des Landes. Die Israeliten gaben auch Josua, dem Sohn Nuns, Erbbesitz in ihrer Mitte.

After all the land was divided among the tribes, the Israelites gave a piece of land to Joshua as his allocation.
