Ich will ihn senden wider ein Heuchelvolk und ihm Befehl tun wider das Volk meines Zorns, daß er’s beraube und austeile und zertrete es wie Kot auf der Gasse,

Ich schicke sie in den Kampf gegen dieses gottlose Volk, das immer und immer wieder meinen Zorn erregt. Ich lasse das assyrische Heer das Land ausplündern und reiche Beute machen. Sollen sie es doch zertrampeln wie Dreck auf der Straße!«

Gegen eine gottlose Nation sende ich ihn und gegen das Volk meines Grimms entbiete ich ihn, um Beute zu erbeuten und Raub zu rauben, um es zu zertreten wie Lehm in den Gassen.
