Denn die Hirten sind zu Narren geworden und fragen nach dem HERRN nicht; darum können sie auch nichts Rechtes lehren, und ihre ganze Herde ist zerstreut.

Unsere Hirten sind ohne Verstand — sie fragen nicht mehr nach dem HERRN. Kein Wunder, dass ihnen nichts mehr gelingt und ihre ganze Herde verstreut ist.

Denn töricht waren die Hirten, den HERRN suchten sie nicht; deshalb hatten sie keinen Erfolg und ihre ganze Herde wurde zerstreut.
