Es ist von dem 13. Jahr an Josias, des Sohnes Amons, des Königs Juda’s, des HERRN Wort zu mir geschehen bis auf diesen Tag, und ich habe euch nun 23 Jahre mit Fleiß gepredigt; aber ihr habt nie hören wollen.

»Dreiundzwanzig Jahre lang — vom 13. Regierungsjahr unseres Königs Josia, des Sohnes von Amon, bis zum heutigen Tag — hat der HERR immer wieder zu mir gesprochen. Ich habe euch seine Worte unermüdlich verkündet, aber ihr wolltet sie nie annehmen.

Seit dem dreizehnten Jahr Joschijas, des Sohnes Amons, des Königs von Juda, bis zum heutigen Tag, also dreiundzwanzig Jahre lang, ist an mich das Wort des HERRN ergangen und ich habe zu euch geredet, unermüdlich geredet. Ihr aber habt nicht gehört.
