Er überzog die Bretter mit Gold und machte Ringe aus Gold, die die Querlatten aufnahmen; auch die Querlatten überzog er mit Gold.

Und überzog die Bretter mit Gold; aber ihre Ringe machte er von Gold, daß man die Riegel darein täte, und überzog die Riegel mit Gold.

Alle Platten und Querbalken wurden vollständig mit Gold überzogen. Schließlich schmiedete Bezalel noch die goldenen Ringe, die in den Platten verankert werden sollten. Durch sie wurden später die Querbalken gesteckt.
