Man wird zu Zion sagen, daß allerlei Leute darin geboren werden und daß er, der Höchste, sie baue.

Aber von Jerusalem selbst heißt es: »Alle seine Einwohner haben hier ihr Bürgerrecht!« Ja, er, der Höchste, lässt Zion fest bestehen!

Ja, über Zion wird man sagen: Ein jeder ist in ihr geboren. Er, der Höchste, gibt ihr Bestand!
